After passing the
Professional Regulation Commission Certified Public Accountant Board
Examination, CPAs can apply for the following accreditations:
- CPAs in Public Practice;
- CPAs in Commerce and Industry; and
- CPAs in Education.
As a minimum requirement,
CPAs in Public Practice and CPAs in Commerce and Industry must have at least
three (3) years meaningful experience.
For the accreditation
of CPAs in Education, the educational requirements depend on the educational
institution where the CPAs are employed.
A Certificate of Employment must be submitted along with other
requirements.
